Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 28, 2019, Fortinet, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its acquisition of enSilo Ltd. (“enSilo”), a provider of endpoint detection and response products and services. The Company acquired enSilo for approximately $20 million in initial cash consideration, $2 million of which is to be held in escrow until at least October 2020.
